The baby back ribs were great the server sucked the rest of the meal came out wrong baked potato was wrong wifes beef tips were wrong. Very disappointed will never return.

Dont waste your time or money. Bar not fully stocked. Absolutely no toilet paper in the whole place. And they didnt bother to let anyone know. Our waiter had to go around asking for change when we paid. DUMP!

Me and my girlfriend came to eat this evening for valentine's. Our steaks were on point and cooked perfectly. Everything was delicious. Different staff members made sure we were taken care of although the girl that was supposed to be our server didn't come to the table but twice. Other servers checked on us and got what we needed had to wait five minutes after getting salads for silverware but we did have a good experience .

The restaurant it's self was very nice with very modern decor. Wait staff were very helpful and attentive. However...the food left quite a bit to be desired.

Rude staff, dry chicken. Not worth the money. This place should shut down and the building should be demolished. Every restaurant that opens up here, appears to have limited business experience and investments, coincidentally. Edit**- it has closed permanently. I am hoping that the next business to occupy this building is A- not in the food industry and B- has ample funding and business experience. Bring something worthy please!

Their ribs are GREAT! My server was amazing

This was a horrible experience from the start. The place didnt look clean. There was a creepy guy hanging around in lobby that was still sitting there when we left. There was only one waitress working the whole restaurant, although she was the one decent thing about the place. She was very sweet and was working very hard. The salad bar had old dried food on it. Our plates of food wasn't any better. Took over an hour to get our food and then both plates were wrong. When I got my missing item it was raw. I ordered fettuccine Alfredo and it wasn't even served with fettuccine noodles. There was people that came in after us that got up and left because it was taking so long. It was VERY experience considering we left hungry and ate when we got home. I won't be back.

Very lifeless atmosphere, cold frys with the steak dinner, absurdly oversized onion rings with another, The Rubin sandwich was terrible as the meat was super dry probably freezer burnt. 4 of pepper grinders I tryed were empty so I repaired one and got some pepper. Requested mustard for sandwich they didn't have any and the thousand island that it did come with I had to remind the server after 10min that I wanted and it wasn't good anyway. Also a proper knife had to be requested with the steak dinner when brought to the table was held in the face of the customer. The pros the steak was cooked to order and the Creamy Shrimp Scampi Pasta was good. Sorry never again.

I ordered BBQ Wings, they were overcooked and dry. We ordered salt and pepper catfish, that looked like chicken tenders, were slimy and tasted raw. Finally our dessert; we ordered 5 Layer Chocolate cake, which looked great, except for the mold in the icing. I WONT BE BACK!!

If I could give it 0stars I would my NY strip was burnt tasting my ribs were too spicy after being told they weren't the Bahama Mama that was made was terrible the had no help we wait 15 mins while people with the same number of people in their party was the same as ours they were very empty for such a long wait the best part was the salad u made your self!!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE BAD FOOD NEVER GOING BACK

Food was not great at all. Counldnt make a salad because the ceasar salad person was not there. And chicken entre came out on dessert plate and was just grilled piece of chicken and cheese. Alfredo sauce over loaded the pasta to the point of making it hard to eat. But the server was extremely nice and never let our drinks run out.

Ribs on Monday are half price and they are great. They are fall off the bone. The salad bar is fresh and great!

This place is a joke...all you could eat wings...was not ever able to get a reorder...service sucks ...will never go back...what a joke for a restaurant. .STAY Away

When Homesteads first opened, they took pride in their food and service, and it was good. Over the past year or so it seems like the owner has let the place go. It's not clean, the restrooms smelled bad and were disgusting, service was poor, and food quality is not what it used to be. Until the reinvent them selves and turn this place around, we will not be back. This restaurant once had a good reputation amoungst the locals, but now is pretty much avoided. The last time we ate there, the salad bar was not set up until about an hour after they opened, and some of the items did not look very fresh.

Great service, probably the best waitress ever. food was tasty, and the bar must have every draft you could want and more. Great atmosphere and clean

We used to eat here at least once a week. The food has went downhill in the last year or so. Service is bad, unless you sit in the bar area. I will give props to the bartender. She is very prompt and helpful. We don’t go here anymore. Would not recommend Homestead. Sorry

Awesome flavors and great service in a comfortable dining environment. A must for a fantastic meal. Buffet AYCE on Thursday thru Sunday. We will be back.

We absolutely enjoyed dinner and a football game with wonderful service by the bartender/ waitress. We’ll come again when in town. Suggestion: spruce up the outside, we almost left when we first pulled up.

Service was slow. Waited 20 minutes to place our order and there were almost no other customers. My father's soup came with his spoon drowning in the bottom of his soup bowl. My steak dinner arrived with the wrong side dish (correct side dish never showed up) and my steak knife was broken. Husband never got the rest of his meal either. This place used to be good. Won't be back.

Don't be deceived by the look of the place! They have excellent food, excellent service and an excellent salad bar.

Staff is nice but the food needs some work. I have yet to get something that taste halfway decent

Ribs and Mac&Cheese were AMAZING...ribs literally feel off the bone. Tiffany was our waitress. And she was just as AMAZING as the food. Will be returning soon.

Slow service and food was mediocre. Bartender was very nice

The food was great, but, there was no salt or pepper, ketchup or napkins on the table. My waiter was a young boy but he was checking on me for tea or anything else I may have needed. Overall I will be returning, the food is awesome and this is real life, not everything will be perfect every time.

Management constantly changing as does the quality of food. Service is extremely disappointing. I do not recommended Wasting your money here.

Our waitress seemed overwhelmed and we tried to be understanding. The buffet was lacking to put it nicely. We arrived soon after it opened today and the food tasted like it was reheated from the day before. I don't usually complain, but be warned. The exterior of the restaurant and a good indicator of the quality of food and service. Plus it was way to expensive for what they had. Disappointed and embarrassed that I took my family there.

This place has really gone down the last several months. The food and service use to be great. Never had a complaint. Now the service sucks, the food is awful, the wait time is unbearable. The last time I was in this establishment I waited 30 minutes before I even got a drink.

I have to say, I have never seen such HUGE helpings. Wish I had taken a picture of my Ruben sandwich platter. Never have had to cut up a side of onion rings to eat them! Sandwich itself was perfect, too!!

Fantastic food. We got the pick three appetizers and everything was delicious. Really large portions... unique selections. Great prices. Our waitress was also amazing. She was very helpful in explaining food options and offering recommendations. Great and friendly atmosphere. We loved it!

This place has spiraled down to rock bottom. We used to love going for ribs, shrimp, and a fantastic salad bar. Last two visits were a disaster between not having anything we wanted to order and the bad service. Will not be going back, it's a waste of time and money.

We were greeted and seated promptly. The host/waiter had a fun personality. I must admit, I was upset when he told me they were out of bacon for cheese fries. He asked if he could substitute ham instead. How do you even try to substitute bacon? He was a good sport about it. The menu says mozzarella sticks, but what you really get are mozzarella bombs. Those were so good. We ordered a full rack of ribs and baked potato to share. I also got a salad. It was way more than enough food. The ribs were not so much melting in my mouth, but nonetheless flavorful. We had a very good experience here and will be back.

Best beer selection in town. Great for dinner. Excellent place for lunch meetings with large private dining rooms.

It wasn't the most amazing food but the waitress was super nice. My burger was burnt and the lettuce was wilted. The chips were actually really good though. Didn't even need ketchup. I have to admit that I would probably go back for the ribs.

One person in my party got their food before the appetizer even came out. Once we got the food everything but the the steak was cold. The steak only tasted like their dirty grill. WILL NEVER GO AGAIN.

The bar tender, Cassy is awesome! Sadly the owner is lazy and doesn't do what he needs to do to keep the bar and food up. I recommend going to the bar. Hopefully the place gets under new ownership soon.

Very impressed with first visit. Everybody in our party loved our food. Staff was wonderful. Only possible criticism was the music was a bit too loud. Nevertheless, best restaurant in Lincoln County by a long shot. Will definately be returning.

As far as alcohol prices, they are much higher than market area, although selection is far better than their competition. Service has many kinks. They are often very slow, even outside of peak times. To go time ranges are often off by 20-30 minutes past the projected times. Overall, its a good restaurant. Just be prepared to wait -- and then wait. But, it certainly is -- worth the wait.

Shrimp and grits plate was huge. They are fried like pancakes. Served with sausage, mushrooms and alfredo. Amazing.

Food is great smaller portion size than I am use to in the Lincolnton area. Waitress was not to prompt and professional. But all and all a great experience. I would definitely recommend the ribs....

Every member of the staff was attentive and pleasant. The food was delicious, we tried various flavors of wings, ribs, and the fried loaded potatoes. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and we’ll be back.

The waitress acted like she didn't want to wait on us. We waited over 20min for menus. Then about 40 min for food. I noticed a couple the same color as me sit down and someone else had to wait on them. This is a really nice restaurant I feel that they need a better staff

You can tell a lot about the management of a restaurant by how clean the bathrooms are. I've never rated a restaurant this low based upon this item but the men's room condition was not caused by a one day incident. The filth on the urinals was built up over time. The plumbing fixtures had calcified leaks that built up a lot of corrosion. The odor was bad and a sewer smell was also present. I ended up only getting a salad from the salad bar as I could see it's condition and it looked ok. I can't rate any kitchen food as I didn't order anything. I will not be back.
